I fell in love with stone 30 years ago. My fascination with the origin of great sculptors led me to Italy, where I worked near the marble quarries of Michelangelo, creating my sculptures. Utilizing my sculpting skills to create functional form and share the beauty of stone, I created the Wine Rocks Collection. These Wine Rocks utilize amazing alabaster stones, quarried near geysers that produce never before seen colors, many of which have fossils embedded in them, which are exciting to discover. Because they are sculpted from natural stone, Wine Rocks retain the coolness of the room and therefore keep the wine at an even temperature.
